Kleek Bespoke Education
Apprentices attend Kleek Hairdressing Academy once a week and work in their salon for the rest of the week. Academy sessions include both practical and theory sessions throughout the day, and apprentices carry out services on live models whilst training to ensure the best possible experience. All apprentices have access to excellent resources to support them in their chosen course, including an ICT suite and separate functional skills sessions.
Our apprentices are coached on how to present themselves and behave in a professional manner, in-turn giving them the added skill of being able to grow and maintain a good client base though excellent customer service. By gaining the combined skills of the apprenticeship in hairdressing with the excellent customer care skills, we know that apprentices will have the best start in the industry when training with Kleek.

Helping you along the way
Once an apprentice is signed up to one of our apprenticeship programs, we're here to help both them and their employer every step of the way. You will both have full access to our innovative, bespoke and interactive e-portfolio system, the Kleek Klassroom, which is available to 24/7.
We have weekly, open door, zoom classes where apprentiecs can gain further skills and knowledge for their apprenticeship and our Facebook forum designed as a safe space to socialise with other apprentices, salon owners and educators and where you can discuss anything you like as well as taking part in friendly competitions and sharing your favourite work.
