Myla and Davis (Brixton) are working with Kleek Apprenticeships to help develop team members with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to enhance the salon. Alongside the outstanding training being provided by the {salon name} team and Kleek educators you will also be learning how a salon works, all while earning a wage.
Duties include:� Reception and answering telephone enquiries - Be the welcoming face and voice of the salon.� Greeting customers - Spread smiles and warmth to everyone who walks through the doors.� General salon duties - Dive into the heartbeat of a bustling salon� Run your own column - Using the skills and techniques gained in Level 2 qualification� Assisting qualified stylists in creative cuts/colours - To gain you level 3 qualification

You will be training towards an advanced and creative hair professional Level 3 qualification, supported by Kleek Apprenticeships and the team at your home salon.
You will advance your technical skills and knowledge in consultation, creative cut and colour, corrective colour and artistic hairdressing design including styling, dressing and finishing techniques.
The programme is ideal if you want to enhance your technical skills and take on more responsibility at the salon.

After you have completed your Level 3 Diploma in Advanced and Creative Hairdressing you will have reached the pinnacle of hairdressing apprenticeships and are able to become a State Registered Hairdresser (SRH) with The Hairdressing Council. However, there are still more skills you can learn to help you develop within the Hair and Beauty industry.
You will be able to develop your skills further by advancing onto one of the other apprenticeships offered by Kleek Apprenticeships, such as barbering or beauty, each of which will allow you to increase your knowledge add to your skill set and become ever more valuable to your salon.
Once you have successfully completed the program you will be submitted for your End Point Assessment. The EPA is an assessment of all the knowledge, skills and behaviours you have learned throughout your apprenticeship, it confirms you are ready and competent in the career path you have chosen.
These assessments have been designed and developed by employers in the hairdressing industry to reflect the daily work of a hairdresser. This makes them very sought after by employers across the industry.
