It has been found that an apprentice can improve productivity and improve staff retention. Existing staff members become empowered to nurture your apprentice, championing them when they do well and wanting to see out the apprenticeship with them.

There are also financial incentives to hiring an apprentice, if they fall within the correct demographic the course costs are completely covered by the Government plus there could be £1000 for your Salon as well as many other incentives for working with Kleek Apprenticeships for your apprenticeship training.

What is an apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships are an excellent way of developing your team and building your business.

An apprenticeship is a government recognised and approved learning programme, for people over the age of 16. Apprenticeships are an excellent way of training junior members of staff, allowing them to gain hands-on, practical experience while earning a wage.

What Does it Cost?

The cost of an apprentice depends on their age. If they're between 16-18, fantastic news! In most cases, the government covers the training costs. If they're older, 19+, the employer only has to chip in 5% of those training costs.

Once you’ve made the decision to start your apprenticeship training with Kleek, we will help you find the perfect candidate.

We have a dedicated recruitment team who will advertise your apprenticeship job opportunity for you on our website, social media channels and the government's vacancy matching service. Not only that, but we will also review all applications for your position to make sure they are suitable for your business!

Advertising the apprenticeship vacancy on your salons social media and website is always a great way to attract potential apprentices, so all vacancies have easy share options to post to you social media and we can provide content for your website as well as branded posters for your salon.
