Training is fully funded for apprentices up to 22 years old, making it a financially viable way to build your team. For over 22s, funding is still predominantly paid, with just a 5% contribution required by employers towards the training costs.
A £1000 incentive is available for apprentices aged under 19**. Every little helps as they say, and whilst we'd like to see incentives increased for our industry, it is a welcome deposit and delivered in two instalments.
