For salon owner Jamie at Mettyear's Day Salon & Spa, taking on apprentices through Kleek Apprenticeships has proven to be one of the BEST investments for his business. Not only have apprentices brought fresh ideas to the salon, but they’ve also helped the team expand services and attract even more clients - including the launch of their popular 'Blow Dry Club'.
When asked how investing in apprentices has supported growth, Jamie explained:
