Kleek Apprentices Dominate the 2026 AHT National Finals in Blackpool
Kleek Apprentices celebrated a HUGE success at the 2026 AHT (Association of Hairdressers & Therapists) National Finals in Blackpool on 11th May, bringing home an incredible number of awards across multiple competition categories.
The national hair and beauty competition featured 28 categories in total and welcomed talented apprentices from across the country, all competing in front of leading hair and beauty industry professionals who judged the event.
With the standard of competition higher than ever, judges commented that “the standard of work was extremely high and it was difficult picking winners”, making the achievements of Kleek apprentices even more impressive!
Our learners showcased outstanding creativity, confidence, technical ability and professionalism throughout the finals, securing multiple 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishes across the day.
Even more impressively, for Sienna, Lily and Taylor, this was their very first time entering a competition, making their results an incredible achievement and a testament to their hard work, confidence and talent.

Competitions like the AHT gives apprentices the opportunity to gain valuable industry experience, build confidence and showcase their skills on a national stage. The results are a testament to the hard work, dedication and passion our apprentices put into their hairdressing training every single day.
A huge congratulations goes out to every apprentice who took part and represented Kleek Apprenticeships and their employers so brilliantly. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved and can’t wait to see what’s next for these future hairdressing stars!
